A small institute, one job.
The JEN-R8 Hope Discovery Institute operates as a DBA of Rhatigan AGI LLC, the entity through which the JEN-R8 work has been done since September 30, 2025. United States–based, structured for permanence rather than exit.
Founder
Jeff Rhatigan.
Founder of Rhatigan AGI LLC. Spent the previous years building cognitive systems — multi-agent reasoning engines with persistent memory and self-improving heuristics. JEN-R8 is the result of one question — what if the tools you have are exactly the right tools for the problem in front of you?
Started JEN-R8 after losing his mother, Jen, to pancreatic cancer. The institute is named for her. The work is the tribute.
